    Abstract
 
Uvod: Zdravstvene organizacije so zapleteni družbeni sistemi, ki so lahko izredno zahtevni, najpomembnejši dejavnik za uspešno delovanje pa predstavljajo človeški viri. Namen te študije je bil ugotoviti in analizirati, ali obstaja povezava med različnimi stili vodenja in zdravim delovnim okoljem.
Metode:   Opravljen  je  bil  sistematični  pregled  literature.  Iskanje  literature  je  potekalo  junija  2021  po podatkovnih bazah CINAHL, PubMed, Science Direct in Web of Sciences. Uporabljene so bile naslednje ključne besede v angleškem jeziku: Leadership styles, Healthcare and a healthy work environment. Uporabljen  je  bil  Boolov  operator  IN  in ALI.  Iz  iskalnega  nabora  423 zadetkov je bilo v končno analizo vključenih 10 člankov. 
Rezultati: Sistematični pregled  dokazuje pomen ustreznega stila vodenja v  neposrednem odnosu do zdravega delovnega okolja. Oblikovani sta bilo 2 vsebinskih kategorij: (1) pozitivni učinki  in (2) negativni učinki na zdravo delovno okolje. Razkrit je bil pozitiven vpliv transformacijskega in transakcijskiegastila vodenja na zdravo delovno okolje, prav tako tudi negativen vpliv laissez-faire vodenja na zdravo delovno okolje.
Razprava in sklep: Preučene študije so pokazale neposredno povezavo med stili vodenja in zdravim delovnim okoljem. Za dosego zdravega delovnega okolja je potreben učinkovit slog vodenja, ki upošteva kulturne, verske in druge okoliščine ter okoliščine zdravstvenih delavcev.

            | Secondary abstract: | Introduction: Healthcare organisations are complex social systems, which can be  extremely difficult, and the most important factor is human resources. This study aimed to identify and analyse whether there is a relationship between different leadership styles and a healthy work environment.
Methodology: A  systematic  review  of  the  literature  was  conducted.  The  research  was  done  in  june 2021  the  following  databases:  CINAHL,  PubMed , Science Direct and Web of Science.  The  following  keywords  in  English  were used: Leadership styles, Healthcare and a Healthy work environment. The Boolean AND and OR operator was used. From the total of 423 results, 10 articles were included in the final analysis. 
Results: This study demonstrates the importance of leadership styles and their direct relationship to a healthy work environment. Two content categories were developed: (1) the positive effects and (2) the negative effect. on healthy work environmente. The positive influence of transformational and transactional leadership styles on a healthy work environment was revealed—likewise, the negative impact on a healthy working environment of laissez-faire leadership.
Discussion and conclusion: The studies examined showed a direct relationship between leadership styles and a healthy work environment. Achieving a healthy work environment requires an effective leadership style that considers the cultural, religious and other contexts and circumstances of healthcare professionals. |
