Abstract

Namen diplomskega dela je bil izdelati sistem za vodenje servo motorja, ki se temelji na delovni postaji Mitsubishi Electric. Z uporabo CAD in ECAD, ter Mitsubishi inženirske programske opreme je bilo potrebno delovno postajo fizično oblikovati in izdelati. Nato je bilo potrebno zapisati ustrezen sekvenčni program preko Mitsubishi PLK-ja za vodenje in pozicioniranje osi servo motorja na točno določene pozicije z možnostjo nastavitve parametrov smeri, pospeška, hitrosti in pojemka, ki jih vpisujemo v posebne registre, kot tudi spremljanje simulacije preko Mitsubishi HMI-ja. Delovna postaja bo služila kot odličen učni pripomoček na katerem se bodo prikazali principi vodenja servo motorjev.

Secondary abstract: The purpose of the thesis was to make a servo motor control system based on a Mitsubishi Electric workstation. Using CAD and ECAD, as well as Mitsubishi engineering software, the workstation had to be physically designed and made. It was then necessary to write an appropriate sequence program via the Mitsubishi PLC for controlling and positioning of the servo motor axis to precisely defined positions with the possibility of setting the parameters of direction, acceleration, velocity and deceleration, which are entered in special registers, as well as monitoring the simulation via Mitsubishi HMI. The workstation will serve as an excellent learning aid on which the principles of servo motor control will be demonstrated.
