Abstract

V pisnem delu bomo obravnavali vodenje oziroma uspešno vodenje in digitalizacijo ter kompetence, ki jih potrebuje vodja v času digitalizacije. Vodenje je sposobnost pripraviti druge, da sledijo našim ukazom in navodilom. Vodenje je uspešno takrat, ko v sklopu vodenja povežemo še nekatere druge dejavnike. Ti dejavniki so na primer stili vodenja - če želi biti vodja uspešen, bo moral izbrati stil vodenja glede na situacijo, v kateri se nahaja, in zaposlene, ki jih vodi, kajti nekateri potrebujejo več navodil in spodbude, drugi pa manj. Uspešnost vodenja je lahko odvisna tudi od razloga, zakaj nekdo postane vodja. Če je razlog potreba po avtoriteti ali denarju, bo vodja po vsej verjetnosti manj uspešen, kot če bo njegov razlog bolj nesebičen. Še drugi pomembni dejavniki, ki vplivajo na uspešnost vodje, so delegiranje, uspešna komunikacija, motivacija in moč. Moč je tako kot stili vodenja razdeljena in zahteva od vodje, da se z močjo vodenja prilagaja situaciji in zaposlenim. V vodenju v današnjem času je pri vodji vedno bolj pomembna tudi čustvena inteligenca in kako se vodje z njo soočajo. Nekatere raziskave so pokazale, da je lahko čustvena inteligenca na zelo pomembnem mestu. Digitalizacija je celotna sprememba organizacije od začetka uporabe ali prenove informacijsko komunikacijskih tehnologij. Pri digitalizaciji bomo predstavili, kaj je digitalizacija in katere kompetence v sodobnem svetu vodje potrebujejo, saj se čedalje bolj uvaja delo od doma in nastanejo tako imenovane virtualne skupine. Ker smo bili v času pisanja diplomskega dela deležni epidemije koronavirusa, smo jo povezali z digitalizacijo, saj se je njen razvoj v veliko organizacijah krepko povečal. Diploma je namenjena tistim, ki želijo dobiti nove informacije o uspešnem vodenju, spremeniti svojo miselnost, povečati produktivnost in vsesplošno počutje zaposlenih v organizaciji.

Secondary title: Characteristics of successful leaders
Secondary abstract: In the written part, we will discuss leadership or successful leadership and digitalization, as well as the competencies that a leader needs during digitalization. Leadership is the ability to prepare others to follow our commands and instructions. Leadership is successful when we combine some other factors as part of leadership. These factors are, for example, leadership styles, if a leader wants to be successful, he will have to choose a leadership style based on the situation he is in and the employees he leads, some need more instruction and others less encouragement. Leadership success can also depend on the reason why someone becomes a leader, if the reason is the need for authority or money, the leader is likely to be less successful than if his reason is more selfless. Other important factors that affect a leader’s performance are delegation, successful communication, motivation, and strength. Power, like leadership styles, is also divided and requires the leader to adapt to the situation and employees with leadership power. In today's leadership, emotional intelligence and how leaders deal with it are also increasingly important to the leader. Some research has shown that emotional intelligence may be more important than intelligence. The second part of the written work, however, focuses on digitization. Digitization is the complete change of an organization from the beginning of the use or renewal of information and communication technologies. In digitization, we will present what digitization is and what competencies managers need in the new era, as work from home is largely introduced and so-called virtual groups are created. Because we were experiencing a coronavirus epidemic at the time of writing, we linked it to digitization, as its development has increased dramatically in many organizations. The diploma is intended for those who want to get new information’s about successful leadership, change their mindset, increase productivity and overall well-being of employees in the organization.
