Primerjava umetne inteligence v rešitvah SAP S/4HANA in Microsoft Dynamics 365

Abstract

Zadnja leta na pomenu pridobiva tehnologija umetne inteligence, ki dnevno prinaša spremembe v naša življenja. V vedno večji meri se jo tudi vključuje v ERP rešitve, ki so danes nuja za obstoj na trgu. Tako organizacije dobivajo nove možnosti za svoje poslovanje, kar jim prinaša številne prednosti. V magistrskem delu želimo ugotoviti v kolikšni meri danes ERP rešitve zajemajo tehnologije umetne inteligence in katere funkcionalnosti nam omogočajo. V teoretičnem delu podrobneje predstavimo ERP rešitve, umetno inteligenco in rešitvi SAP S/4HANA in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. V praktičnem delu pa je izdelana primerjava funkcionalnosti obeh rešitev v modulih financ, prodaje, proizvodnje in nabave. Ugotovili smo, da že danes lahko organizacije poslujejo inteligentno in se poslužujejo funkcij umetne inteligence. Med drugim lahko avtomatizirajo procese in številna ponavljajoča se opravila, izvajajo napredno analitiko in še mnogo več.

Secondary abstract:	Recently artificial intelligence has been gaining on its importance because it is daily changing our lifes. More and more it is included in ERP solutions, which are a necessity for survival on the market. This is how organizations are gaining new ways of doing their business which is bringing them many advantages. In this master's thesis we want to find out to what extent ERP solutions include artificial intelligence technologies and which functionalities they have. In theoretical part of thesis, we talk about basics of ERP solutions, artificial intelligence and two solutions: SAP S/4HANA and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. In the practical part we did a comparative analysis of artificial intelligence functionality that these two solutions include in finance, sales, manufacture and purchasing modules. We found out that many organizations can do their business intelligent today and use functionality of artificial intelligence. Among other things they can automatise processes and many repeating tasks, execute advanced analytics and much more.
