Abstract

Diplomska naloga obravnava energetski pregled podjetja Gorenje Keramika, d. o. o., in je obnova energetskega pregleda, ki je bil narejen leta 2004. V energetskem pregledu je prikazana poraba energentov, ki jih podjetje uporablja v svoje namene. Podatki energentov, ki so prikazani v energetskem pregledu, so iz let 2018 in 2019. Predstavljena bosta tudi največja porabnika energentov v podjetju, in sicer atomizer, ki porabi 7,1 % električne energije, namenjene porabi za proizvodne namene, in 21,8 % zemeljskega plina za proizvodne namene, ter žgalna peč, pri kateri se za proizvodne namene porabi 12,4 % električne energije in 60,2 % vsega zemeljskega plina, namenjenega za proizvodne namene. V zaključku naloge so v energetskem pregledu navedena še priporočila in potencialne investicije za izboljšanje energetske učinkovitosti podjetja. Potencialne investicije se nanašajo na boljši izkoristek energentov v podjetju ter s tem zmanjšanje stroškov, ki jih ti energenti predstavljajo danes. V energetskem pregledu bo podrobneje prikazana investicija nove kompresorske postaje, s katero bo podjetje privarčevalo tretjino električne energije v primerjavi s staro kompresorsko postajo.

Secondary abstract: The Energy Audit of the company Gorenje Keramika d. o. o. is an updated version of the previous Energy Audit of Gorenje Notranja Oprema d. d.’s Ceramic programme from 2004. The Energy Audit shows the energy sources that the company uses. The energy sources shown in the Energy Audit are from the years 2018 and 2019. The results of the Energy Audit will show that the biggest consumers of energy in the company that are the atomier, which uses 7.1% and 21.8% of all electric energy and all natural gas, respectively, used for industrial purposes, and the kiln, which uses 12.4 % and 60.2% of all electric energy and all natural gas, respectively, used for industrial purposes. At the end the of Energy Audit, recommendations for new investments to increase the company’s energy efficiency well be listed. The potential investments would help to reduce the cost of energy sources and increase efficiency in the company at this time. The Energy Audit recommends the company invest in a new compressed air station, which would help the company save around one third of the energy that is lost from the existing old one.
