Abstract

V nalogi prikazano, kako poteka konstruiranje in dimenzioniranje preoblikovalnega orodja osnovnega koncepta preoblikovanja, ki smo ga dobili od naročnika, do končne konstrukcije orodja, ki je prvi korak pri procesu izdelave potrebne dokumentacije, ki se uporabi za izdelavo progresivnega preoblikovalnega orodja. Prikazane so omejitve in smernice, ki nam določajo, na kakšen način je potrebno orodje izdelati, da najboljše služi svojemu namenu in se finančno najbolj obrestuje tako podjetju, ki ga izdeluje, kot tudi podjetju, ki ga uporablja. Orodje, ki smo ga skonstruirali, je izvedeno iz treh osnovnih sklopov, ki smo jih dopolnjevali in prilagajali skozi potek konstruiranja in dimenzioniranja. Prikazani so preračuni, ki nas vodijo pri izbiri pravih komponent, da bo orodje popolnoma funkcionalno. Tako je prikazan potek in razmišljanje, ki ga uporabljamo pri izdelavi konstrukcije progresivnega preoblikovalnega orodja v 3D risarskem programu Siemens NX.

Secondary title: Construction and dimensioning of progressive forming tool
Secondary abstract: In this paper we look, at how the construction and dimensioning of forming tools takes place, from the basic concept of transformation, which we received from the client to the final construction of the tool, which is the first step in the process of making the necessary documentation. We show the constraints and guidelines, that determine how a tool needs to be made, to best serve its purpose and be financially favourable for both the company that makes it, as the company that uses it. The tool we constructed is made of three basic sets, which we supplemented and adapted through the course of construction and sizing. Calculations are shown to guide us in choosing the right components, to make the tool fully functional. We look at the process and thinking, that we use in the construction of a progressive forming tool in the 3D drawing program Siemens NX.
