Abstract
Cilj diplomskega dela je ugotoviti, kateri dejavniki najbolj vplivajo na želeno fluktuacijo zaposlenih znotraj organizacij v Mestni občini Ljubljana. Diplomsko delo sestavljata teoretični in raziskovalni del. V teoretičnem delu smo preučili dejavnike, kot so medsebojni odnosi, možnost razvoja kariere, motivacija za delo, stimulativno plačilo in druge ugodnosti, zanimivo delo, svoboda pri delu, organizacijska kultura in klima, varnost in stabilnost zaposlitve, usklajevanje delovnega in družinskega življenja, ter jih tudi predstavili. Prikazali smo, zakaj so ti dejavniki pomembni zaposlenim v organizaciji in kakšno vlogo imajo pri delu zaposlenih v organizaciji. V empiričnem delu smo s pomočjo anketnega vprašalnika raziskovali pomembnost naštetih dejavnikov pri zaposlenih v organizacijah v Mestni občini Ljubljana. Z raziskavo smo prišli do zaključka, da so pri zaposlenih najpomembnejši dejavniki, da ostanejo v organizaciji in ne fluktuirajo, naslednji: usklajevanje delovnega in družinskega življenja, motivacija ter medsebojni odnosi. Na podlagi analize vzrokov za fluktuacijo zaposlenih v organizacijah znotraj Mestne občine Ljubljana so zato v zaključnem delu diplomskega dela podani predlogi za zadrževanje kadra.

Secondary abstract: |
The intention of this diploma work is to evaluate which factors and to what extent influence fluctuation in organizations within the municipality of Ljubljana. This diploma work consists of a theoretical and an empirical section.
In the theoretical section we have outlined and presented factors that influence fluctuation. Those factors are interpersonal relations, opportunities for career progression, motivation for work, competitive pay and other benefits, dynamic work, workplace autonomy, organizational culture, employment safety and stability and work/life balance. We have explained why those factors are valued by employees and how they influence their work.
In the empirical section we have, with the use of a survey, researched the influence of aforementioned factors with employees working in the municipality of Ljubljana. Through research we have uncovered that employees that remain in the organization and don’t fluctuate between organizations value the interpersonal relations, motivation for work and work/life balance the most. Based on extensive research we have prepared recommendations for organizations within the municipality of Ljubljana that want to combat unwanted employee fluctuation. |
