Abstract

Za obstoj na konkurenčnem trgu trgovcev na drobno se podjetja poslužujejo različnih tehnik nadgradnje obstoječih sistemov in privabljanja kupcev. Sledenje trendom, ki trenutno obstajajo in uvajanje inovacij pa trgovini omogočata storiti le to. Premik iz tradicionalne fizične oblike trgovin na spletno prodajo je eden najbolj tipičnih primerov digitalizacije v gospodarstvu in družbi. Sistemi, ki so tehnološko sodobno podprti in se konstantno razvijajo, uporabnikom omogočajo učinkovitejše delovanje, lažji in boljši dostop do večjega števila informacij ter razvijanje. Prej poznana oblika trgovine na drobno, ki se je začela razvijati v času merkantilizma, je skozi zgodovino spreminjala gospodarstvo in se je skupaj z družbami tudi spreminjala.

Secondary abstract: To survive in a competitive retail market, companies use a variety of techniques to upgrade existing systems and attract customers. However, following the trends that currently exist and introducing innovations allow sellers to do just that. The shift from a traditional form of stores to shopping online is one of the most typical examples of digitalization in the economy and society. Systems that are technologically modern and are constantly evolving, allowing users to operate more efficiently, easier, and have better access to more information and development. Previously known forms of retail, which began to develop during the era of mercantilism, have changed the economy throughout history and also changed together with society.
