Abstract

V magistrski nalogi predstavimo razvoj spletne aplikacije Carcoster, ki rešuje problem nadzora stroškov voznega parka v manjših in srednje velikih podjetjih. Podrobno opišemo spletne aplikacije, njihove podvrste ter arhitekturne vzorce, ki se uporabljajo v praksi. Nekaj besed namenimo predstavitvi prednosti in slabosti konkurenčnih spletnih in mobilnih aplikacij. V nadaljevanju naloge opišemo uporabniške zahteve, tehnično specifikacijo uporabniškega in zalednega dela ter okvirni strošek razvoja prototipa spletne rešitve. V drugem delu se posvetimo procesu izdelave in namestitve vseh gradnikov spletne aplikacije Carcoster. Na koncu predstavimo še končni videz spletne aplikacije v produkcijskem okolju.

Secondary abstract: In the master's thesis, we introduce the development process of Carcoster web application. Its main purpose is to solve the problem of poorly managed fleet costs in small and medium-sized companies. We describe the concepts, types and architectural patterns of web applications used in practice. We briefly compare the benefits and disadvantages of competing web and mobile applications that are currently used on the market. We further describe the user requirements, technical specification of front and back-end side and approximate cost of web application development process. In the second part of master’s thesis, we introduce the development and deployment process of all the building blocks of the Carcoster web application. At the end, we present the final version of the web application in the production environment.
