Abstract

Razumevanje in obvladovanje vibracij uvrščamo med najtežje izzive pri razvoju novih generacij pralnih strojev. Diplomsko delo obravnava implementacijo pospeškomera za izboljšanje delovanja pralnega stroja z vidika vibracij v zadnji fazi pranja, ki jo imenujemo centrifuga. Diplomsko delo je razdeljeno na dva sklopa. V prvem sklopu je predstavljen pregled stanja tehnike ter teoretične osnove, ki se navezujejo na delovanje pospeškomerov in pralnih strojev. V drugem sklopu so predstavljene metode dela in rezultati raziskav, ki so podrobneje analizirani v diskusiji. Podani sta mehanska in električna specifikacija ter eksperimentalna potrditev pospeškomera, ki smo ga uporabili na treh različnih pralnih strojih. Analizirane so bile mejne vrednosti pospeškomera, ki preprečijo udar pralnega stroja. Rezultati vključujejo primerjavo grafov v odvisnosti od razmer med izvajanjem meritev. Predstavljen je način in postopek nastavitve mejnih parametrov, s katerimi dosežemo izboljšanje delovanja pralnega stroja z implementacijo pospeškomera.

Secondary title: Improving the operation of the washing machine applying an accelerometer
Secondary abstract: Understanding and managing of vibrations belongs to the most difficult challenges in developing new generations of washing machines. The degree paper discusses implementation of accelerometer for improvement of a washing machine operation from the aspect of vibration in the last phase of washing, which is named the centrifuge. The degreee paper is divided in to parts. In the first part are presented the overview of the technology state and theoretical bases, which are related to the operation of accelerometers and washing machines. In the second part are presented the work methods and research results, that are more detailed analyzed in the discussion. There are given the mechanical and electrical specifications as well as the experimental confirmation of the accelerometer, which was used on three different washing machines. The borderline values of the accelerometer, which prevent the impact of a washing machine, were analyzed. The results include a comparison of graphs in dependence on conditions during measurements. Presented is the manner and procedure of setting the borderline parameters, with which we achive the improvement of washing machine operation by implementing an accelerometer.
