Abstract

V magistrskem delu je predstavljen proces načrtovanja in izdelave baterijskega sklopa ter pripadajoče elektronike, ki je sestavni del električnega kolesa. To je izdelano za Tekmovanje v izdelavi kolesa, ki se izvaja v Mariboru. Zastavljene zahteve za zmožnosti električnega kolesa izvirajo iz zahtev tekmovanja in pri tem minimalno vplivajo na udobnost vožnje kolesarja. Naloga obravnava tudi oblikovanje in izdelavo ohišja za ustrezno vpetje in zaščito vseh elektronskih komponent. Sledi opis montaže komponent na kolo in testiranje delovanja strojne opreme. Predstavljen je programski del, ki skrbi za branje senzorjev električnega kolesa in pošiljanje podatkov o vožnji uporabniku na pametni telefon.

Secondary title: Design of a battery pack and electronics for an electric bicycle
Secondary abstract: The master's thesis presents the planning and building process of a battery pack and associated electronics, which is a part of an electric bicycle. This is made for the Bicycle Making Competition, which takes place in Maribor. Requirements for the electric bicycle capabilities originate from the competition requirements and at the same time have a minimal impact on the riding comfort of the cyclist. The thesis also deals with designing and making of the housing for proper mounting and protection of all electronic components. Following, a description of assembling the components on the bicycle and testing hardware operation is provided. The software, which takes care of reading the sensors and sending data to the user smartphone is presented.
