Abstract

V tem diplomskem delu je predstavljeno konstruiranje tehtnice za tehtanje palet z aluminijastimi profili. V njej je predstavljeno delo od predstavitve problema, do iskanja rešitev in na koncu tudi končnega produkta s tehniško dokumentacijo. Problem predstavlja naročnikova želja po izdelavi tehtnice, ki bo nameščena na valjčni progi proizvodnega procesa in bo namenjena tehtanju palet, naloženih z ekstrudiranimi aluminijastimi profili. Delo zajema naslednje teme: opis podjetja, opis problema, predstavitev delovanja industrijskih tehtnic, snovanje in konstruiranje, 3D modeliranje, analitični trdnostni preračuni, analiza z metodo končnih elementov ter izdelavo tehniške dokumentacije. Na koncu so predstavljeni tudi doseženi cilji in predlogi za nadaljnje delo.

Secondary abstract: This diploma work presents how scales to weigh pallets with aluminium profiles are designed. It outlines the entire process, from introducing the problem to identifying solutions and presenting the final product along with its technical documentation. The problem is associated with a client's desire to design scales which would be installed on roller conveyor of a production process and intended to weight pallets with extruded aluminium profiles. The paper contains the following topics: description of a company, introduction of a problem, overview of how industrial scales work, design, 3D-modelling, analytical strength calculations, analysis with the finite element method, and technical documentation. At the end, the achieved goals are presented, followed by suggestions for further work.
