Secondary abstract: | The thesis presents a conceptual design of a power supply system for electro chemical erosion of materials on a micro scale. The technology is realtively new thus, it outlays a coperhencive study of the process and its many variables. Conclusions based on: physical tests simulations and conclusions drawn from errors of key components and parts are presented throughout the thesis. It gives a great oversight of the design process and should be a great basis for future development. |
