Abstract

V času Covida-19 so še posebej ranljiva majhna podjetja.

Secondary abstract: The level of entrepreneurship around the world is growing. A successful company largely depends on how successful the entrepreneur is in running the company. An entrepreneur who creates a new business bears most of the risks and enjoys most of the benefits. Entrepreneurship in Slovenia and Sweden is on the rise. Slovenia and Sweden have different procedures for setting up companies, different ways of motivating them to embark on an entrepreneurial path, different elements of entrepreneurial capacity. The growth of entrepreneurship in general is also influenced by rapid changes in technology, modernization of all technological processes and methods of work. However, with the advent of Covid-19, the level of entrepreneurship fell sharply on average. At the time of Covid-19 small companies are especially vulnerable.
