Abstract

Diplomsko delo obravnava proučitev trajnostnega razvoja. Koncept trajnostnega razvoja se vse bolj uveljavlja in postaja nujna usmeritev na vseh področjih. Vse več podjetij ga skuša implementirati v svoje delovanje ne le zaradi skrbi za zaposlene, družbo in okolje, temveč tudi zaradi zagotavljanja konkurenčne prednosti ter pozitivnega vpliva na celotno podjetje. Gre pa poudariti, da je vpeljava trajnostnega razvoja v podjetje zelo zahteven proces, pri katerem je potrebno slediti določeni zakonodaji, predpisom in standardom

Secondary abstract: The thesis work deals with the study of sustainable development. The concept of sustainable development is gaining ground and is becoming a necessary direction in all areas. More and more companies are trying to implement it into its operation, not only out of concern for employees, society and the environment, but also in order to provide a competitive advantage and a positive impact on the whole company. However, it should be emphasized that the introduction of sustainable development into the company is a very demanding process which requires compliance with certain laws, regulations and standards.
