Abstract

V diplomskem delu je opisan celoten postopek razvoja prilagoditvenega tiskanega vezja za testiranje elektronskih sistemov. Najprej so bile podane zahteve za izdelavo tiskanega vezja, ki jih je bilo potrebno upoštevati. Postopek, ki je predstavljen v diplomskem delu, zajema izdelovanje tiskanega vezja, vse od sheme pa do končnega izdelka. Za zaključek so izvedene in predstavljene tudi meritve in primerjava vezja z vezjem podjetja iSYSTEM Labs d.o.o. Razvoj vezja je del rešitve večjega sistema iC5700 podjetja iSYSTEM Labs d.o.o., njegov namen pa je testiranje kompleksnejših vgrajenih sistemov. Ti sistemi spremljajo realnočasne signale na eni ali več aplikacijah istočasno.

Secondary abstract: This thesis describes the entire process of developing a printed circuit board adapter for testing electronic systems. First, there are the design requirements to be considered for printed circuit board. The procedure presented in the thesis includes the production of a printed circuit board from the scheme to the final product. In addition, measurements and comparison of the designed circuit to the existing circuit of iSYSTEM Labs d.o.o. are performed and presented. Circuit development is a part of the larger iC5700 system solution iSYSTEM Labs d.o.o. already manufactured, and its purpose is to test more complex embedded systems. These systems monitor real-time signals on one or more applications simultaneously.
