Zdravstvena nega pacienta po pulmektomiji

Abstract

Pulmektomija je kirurški poseg odstranitve pljučnega krila. Najbolj pogosta je pri zdravljenju pljučnega raka. Diplomsko delo je sestavljeno iz dveh delov; medicinskega dela, kjer je opisana anatomija in fiziologija pljuč, in iz zdravstvenega dela, kjer je opisana nega kirurškega pacienta pred, med in po operaciji. Razložili smo pomen pulmektomije, predstavili celostno obravnavo pacienta po pulmektomiji in ugotovili naloge medicinske sestre, njeno zdravstveno vzgojno delo ter negovalne diagnoze, s katerimi se pacient najpogosteje srečuje pred, med in po operaciji. S tem smo dosegli zastavljene cilje in naš namen. Ob zaključku operativnega zdravljenja je pomembna tudi rehabilitacija. Pacienta je potrebno naučiti pravilne tehnike dihanja, saj po pulmektomiji živi le z enim pljučnim krilom. Pri izdelavi diplomskega dela smo uporabili deskriptivno metodo dela. Diplomsko delo je sestavljeno in napisano s pomočjo obstoječe domače in tuje literature ter statističnih podatkov iz Oddelka za torakalno kirurgijo Maribor.

Secondary abstract:	Pulmectomy is a surgical resection of a right or left lobe. Most commonly it is used in treating lung cancer. This diploma work consists of two parts. The first one is medical, where the anatomy and physiology of the lungs are described. The second one is regarding health care and describes nursing of a surgical patient before, during and after operation. We described the meaning of pulmectomy, introduced complete assessment of a patient after pulmectomy and established the tasks of a nurse, her health care education work and nursing diagnosis, which frequently affect a patient before, during and after operation. With this we achieved our goals and purpose. Rehabilitation is also an important part of post-operative recovery. The patient must be taught a correct breathing technique, because after the pulmectomy he has to live with only one lobe. When making this diploma work, we used a descriptive method. It is composed and written with using both, home and foreign literature, and statistical data of Clinical department for thoracic surgery Maribor.
