Abstract

V diplomskem delu smo opisali najaktualnejše agilne metode in prakse, ki jih zaznavajo letne ankete. Vsaka metoda in praksa je podrobno opisana in predstavljena. Lastnosti vsake izmed metod smo združili v generalizirani tabeli. Po predstavitvi metod smo sestavili skupno tabelo s trditvami, ki opisujejo metode in jih ovrednotili. Odločitveni model je sestavljen iz vprašalnika. Vsak odgovor je ovrednoten z ustrezno utežjo za posamezno metodo. Vrednost točk posamezne metode se tako za vsako vprašanje preračunava. Metoda, ki ima največ točk najbolj ustreza podanemu projektu. Odločitveni model smo implementirali v spletno informacijsko rešitev, izdelano s pomočjo knjižnice React.js. Cilj diplomske naloge je izdelati spletno informacijsko rešitev, ki je uporabniku v pomoč pri izbiri agilne metode za podan projekt.

Secondary title: An agile method selection tool for a given project
Secondary abstract: In the diploma we have described the most popular agile methods and practises detected by annual surveys. Each method and practise is described and presented in detail. The main properties of each method are combined in generalized table. After the presentation of the methods, we have created a common table with statements, describing the methods, and have evaluated them. The decision model consists of a questionnaire. Each answer is evaluated with the appropriate weight for each method. The value of points of each method is recalculated for each question. The method with most points corresponds best to a given project. We have implemented the decision model in a web application created with React.js. The aim of the diploma thesis is to create an online information solution that helps the user to choose an agile method for a given project.
