Secondary abstract: | Purpose of dissertation is to propose guidelines for micro service company for implementation of ISO 9001:2015. Gap analysis method was used to compare current state of the company with demands of ISO 9001:2015. Data of current state of the company is collected with interview with person from the company. Analysis of current strate showed that the company does not have all the matters documented and does not define and analyse risks systematically. The company is given guidelines and drafts of some of demanded documents needed to implement ISO 9001:2015. |
