Abstract

V diplomskem delu so opisani različni algoritmi za izračun kratkostične impedance pri enofaznih okvarah ter postopek za sekundarno preizkušanje distančne zaščite pri enofaznih okvarah. Preizkušali smo delovanje zaščitnih relejev Siemens S7A611 in ABB REL 521, ki uporabljata različna algoritma za izračun kratkostične impedance. Preizkuse smo izvajali s pomočjo računalniškega programa Test Universe in naprave za sekundarno preizkušanje OMICRON CMC 256-6. V program Test Universe smo vnesli različne preizkusne točke, ter preverili, ali sta releja pri teh pravilno delovala. Rezultati so pokazali, da distančna zaščita releja Siemens 7SA611 deluje zansljivo v celotnem področju poligonske karakteristike, medtem ko je delovanje distančne releja ABB v imaginarni smeri manj zanesljivo.

Secondary title: Secondary testing of a distance protection for single-phase faults
Secondary abstract: The thesis describes various algorithms for calculating short-circuit impedance during single-phase faults and the procedure for secondary testing of distance protection relays. We tested the operation of protection relays Siemens S7A611 and ABB REL 521, which use different algorithms to calculate the short-circuit impedance. The testing was performed using the computer program Test Universe and the secondary testing device OMICRON CMC 256-6. We entered various test points in the Test Universe program and checked whether the relays worked adequately. The obtained result showed the reliable operation of a distance protection relay Siemens 7SA611 in the entire range of quadrilateral characteristics. The reliability of the operation of distance protection relay ABB REL 521 was reduced in the imaginary direction.
