Abstract

V diplomskem delu je predstavljen sistem za uporabo odpadne toplote kompresorske postaje za sušenje lesnih sekancev v podjetju Aluminium Kety Emmi, d. o. o. V uvodu so predstavljeni zastavljen problem in omejitve naloge. V nadaljevanju so predstavljeni matematični modeli razvodnega sistema in prenosnika toplote ter model lesnega sekanca. Z določenimi robnimi pogoji so rešeni matematični modeli in predstavljena smiselnost takega sistema. Rezultati diplomske naloge kažejo na to, da bi bil tak sistem sušenja izvedljiv, vendar bi bilo za natančnejše rezultate treba dopolniti poznavanje obnašanja lesnih sekancev med sušenjem z dogretim zrakom.

Secondary abstract: The diploma presents a system of usage of waste heat from compressor station for wood chips drying for the company Aluminium Kety Emmi, d. o. o. The problem and possible restrictions are presented in the introductry part. In continuation mathematical models of heat distribution system, heat exchanger and wood chips are presented. With definition od border conditions, mathematical models are solved. Research results show that this tipe of drying are doable, however more research into wood chips behavior when drying with warm air is necessary.
