Abstract

Nabava ima v današnjem času pomembno vlogo v podjetju. Nabava lahko z dobrim delom podjetju pomaga pri poslovanju. Nabavni oddelek mora poskrbeti za kakovostno nabavo dobrin. Zaposleni v nabavi pa morajo poskrbeti, da bo nabava organizirana, kakovostna in da bodo stroški nabave čim nižji. V teoretičnem delu diplomskega dela je na podlagi domačih in tujih strokovnih literatur opredeljena nabava, opisan je nabavni proces prav tako je zapisano kako poteka naročilo v podjetju ter kako poteka iskanje in izbor dobaviteljev. Prav tako so v teoretičnem delu predstavljene zaloge. V praktičnem delu diplomskega dela je predstavljeno podjetje Tehit d.o.o., prav tako smo predstavili tudi kakšna je vloga nabave v podjetju, pomen nabave v podjetju in kako se izvaja nabava v tem podjetju. Opisane pa so tudi zaloge v podjetju ter potek naročila in struktura cen tiskalnikov Canon.

Secondary abstract:	Purchasing plays a significant role in a company. With satisfactory work, the purchasing department can improve company’s business. The department has to manage the purchase of quality goods, and its employees have to operate in a way that the purchase is organized, quality and economical. In the theoretical part of the thesis, purchasing is defined based on domestic and foreign specialized literature. The purchasing process is described in detail, in addition, the process of ordering and the process of selection of the suppliers are outlined. At the end of the first part, the concept of supplies is explained. In the practical part of the thesis, Tehit d.o.o. company is introduced. Based on it, we defined the role and purpose of the purchasing department at the company, and how the process of purchasing is conducted. Lastly, the supplies in the company are described in addition to the course of ordering and the price structure of Canon printers.
