Abstract

Cilj diplomske naloge je bil načrtovanje proizvodnega procesa za izdelek, ki smo ga modelirali v sklopu projektne naloge, pri predmetih Razvoj izdelka, Upravljanje proizvodnje in Projektni praktikum v sodelovanju s podjetjem Optics trade d. o. o.. Ker podjetje Optics trade nima lastne proizvodnje, je bil proizvodni proces načrtovan na splošno, s pomočjo programske opreme Solidworks. Določili smo potrebne operacije za posamezne komponente izdelka in predlagali orodja ter stroj, s katerim bi proizvodni proces lahko izvedli. S pomočjo tega smo predvideli čas trajanja in stroške načrtovanega proizvodnega procesa ter ocenili predlagane rešitve iz različnih zornih kotov. Glede na predvidene stroške smo predvideli prodajno ceno izdelka ter podali nekaj predlogov za optimizacijo procesa.

Secondary abstract:	The goal of the diploma thesis was to plan the production process for the product, which we modeled as part of the project in the subjects Product Development, Production Management and Project Practicum in cooperation with the company Optics trade d. o. o.. Since Optics trade does not have its own production, the production process was planned in general, with the help of Solidworks software. We determined the necessary operations for individual product components and suggested tools and machine with which the production process could be carried out. With the help of this, we predicted the duration and costs of the planned production process and evaluated the proposed solutions from different angles. Given the estimated costs, we predicted the selling price of the product and made some suggetions for process optimization.
