Abstract

Med vsemi podjetji družinska podjetja na svetu zavzemajo največji delež (med 65 % in 80 %), zato posledično ustvarjajo številna delovna mesta in prinašajo pomemben prihodek v gospodarstvu držav. Poleg tega si družinska podjetja prizadevajo za svoje dolgo delovanje, dolgoročne odnose in gojijo predanost podjetju. Prav zaradi vsega omenjenega se dandanes povečuje zanimanje za trženje v okviru družinskih podjetij. To potrjujejo raziskave, ki so pokazale, da ima blagovna znamka družinskega podjetja pozitiven vpliv na poslovanje. Izjemnega pomena je tudi nasledstvo v družinskih podjetjih, ki trenutno prav tako predstavlja eno izmed najpomembnejših tem v raziskavah družinskega podjetja. Proces nasledstva je zelo kompleksen in temu primerno ga je potrebno skrbno planirati ter se nanj pripraviti. Diplomsko delo je sestavljeno iz teoretičnega in empiričnega dela. V teoretičnem delu smo opredelili družinska podjetja, zapisali kako izgraditi njihovo dolgoročno delovanje in preučili kako se družinska podjetja spopadajo s korona krizo ter njen vpliv na prihodnost družinskih podjetij. Poleg tega smo opredelili oglaševanje blagovne znamke družinskega podjetja. Raziskali smo tudi izbrane vidike nasledstva, to so izgradnja zaupanja, nepotizem, vplivne dejavnike na uspešnost nasledstva in družinsko ustavo v družinskih podjetjih. Vso pridobljeno znanje iz teoretičnega dela smo uporabili v empiričnem delu diplomskega dela. Predstavili smo družinsko podjetje AR, d. o. o. in njegovo opredelitev za družinsko podjetje. Prav tako smo preučili vpliv korona krize na preučevano podjetje, soodvisnost oglaševanja in poslovnih strategij, zaupanje, nepotizem, nasledstvo in sodelovanje naslednje generacije pri delovanju preučevanega družinskega podjetja. Raziskali smo še ali ima preučevano družinsko podjetje AR, d. o. o., družinsko ustavo za obvladovanje sporov. Vse pridobljene informacije smo pridobili od lastnikov in njunih otrok s pomočjo intervjujev. Na koncu smo na podlagi pridobljenih podatkov podali priporočila za prakso družinskega podjetja AR, d. o. o., in drugih družinskih podjetij ter poleg tega dodali priporočila za nadaljnje raziskovanje.

Secondary abstract: Family businesses account for the largest share of all businesses in the world (between 65% and 80%), and as a result create many jobs and generate significant income for national economies. In addition, family businesses strive for longevity, long-term relationships and commitment to the company. Therefore there is now a growing interest in marketing within family businesses. This is backed up by research that has shown that the brand of a family business has a positive impact on business. Succession in family businesses is also of paramount importance, and is also currently one of the most important topics in family business research. The succession process is very complex and needs careful planning and preparation. The thesis consists of a theoretical and an empirical part. In the theoretical part, we define family businesses, outline how to build their long-term viability and examine how family businesses are coping with the corona crisis and its impact on the future of family businesses. In addition, we have defined the branding of the family business. We also explored selected aspects of succession, i. e. trust building, nepotism, influencing factors on succession success and the family constitution in family businesses. All the knowledge gained in the theoretical part was applied in the empirical part of the thesis. We introduced AR, d. o. o. and its definition of a family business. We also looked at the impact of the corona crisis on the company under study, the interdependence of advertising and business strategies, trust, nepotism, succession and the involvement of the next generation in the operation of the family business under study. We also investigated whether the family business under study, AR, d. o. o. has a family dispute management constitution. All the information was obtained from the owners and their children through interviews. Finally, we use the data to make recommendations for the practice of AR, d. o. o. and other family businesses, in addition to recommendations for further research.
