Primerjava mehanskih lastnosti in vrednostna analiza bitumenskih hidroizolacij za trajnostno učinkovitost hidroizolacije ravnih streh

Abstract

Z razvojem tehnologije se je pojavil tudi močan razvoj izdelkov v gradbeništvu. Trg je preplavljen z raznimi tujimi in domačimi ponudniki, vedno več je novih, naprednejših materialov in izdelkov. Bitumenska hidroizolacija je že od nekdaj prisotna na trgu zaradi dobre dostopnosti bitumna in ker se lahko uporablja na vseh področjih, kjer je potrebna zaščita konstrukcije pred vlago in vodo. Je najboljša izbira za izvedbo hidroizolacije ravnih streh, saj ima mnogo dobrih lastnosti in zagotavlja dolgo zaščito konstrukcije. Ker je vedno več povpraševanja po gradnji objektov z ravnimi strehami, se nam poraja vprašanje, kakšne lastnosti mora imeti dobra bitumenska hidroizolacija, da doseže čim daljšo življenjsko dobo. V diplomskem delu smo primerjali različne vrste bitumenske hidroizolacije za ravne strehe in poiskali najprimernejšo izbiro po upoštevanju mehanskih lastnosti in z uporabo metode vrednostna analiza.

Secondary abstract:	With the development of technology, there has also been a strong development of products in construction. The market is flooded with various foreign and domestic suppliers, there are more and more new, more advanced materials and products. Bituminous waterproofing has always been present on the market due to the good availability of bitumen and because it can be used in all areas where protection of the structure from moisture and water is required. It is the best choice for the waterproofing of flat roofs, as it has many good properties and provides long-term protection of the structure. As there is an increasing demand for the construction of buildings with flat roofs, the question arises as to what properties a good bituminous waterproofing must have in order to achieve the longest possible life span. In the diploma we compared different types of bituminous waterproofing for flat roofs and found the most suitable choice after considering the mechanical properties and using the method of value analysis.
