Abstract

Cilj diplomske naloge je bil predstaviti postopek izdelave livnega kolesa, ki ga je izdelalo podjetje Tehnika – SET, d. d. Podjetje se ukvarja s proizvodnjo in montažo kovinskih konstrukcij ter njihovih delov, proizvodnjo strojev in naprav za posebne namene, obdelavo kovin, vzdrževanjem in servisiranjem strojev. Livno kolo se uporablja pri kontinuirnem litju aluminija. V diplomskem delu so opisani vsi postopki izdelave le-tega, od načrtovanja procesa pa vse do izdelka. Na koncu naloge je izdelava livnega kolesa časovno ovrednotena.

Secondary abstract: The aim of the degree was to present the process of making a casting wheel, which was made by the company Tehnika - SET, d. d. The company is engaged in the production and assembly of metal constructions and their parts, production of machines and devices for special purposes, metal processing, maintenance and servicing of the machines. The casting wheel is used in the continuous casting of aluminum. The degree describes all the procedures for its production, from process planning to the product. At the end of the task, the production of the casting wheel is time evaluated.
