Abstract

Za uspešno merjenje kovaškega orodja v industriji potrebujemo hiter in učinkovit način pridobivanja meritev. V zaključnem delu sta predstavljeni dve tehniki merjenja utopnega orodja po mehanski obdelavi, ki smo ju implementirali v podjetju Marovt, d.o.o. Merjenje orodja smo izvedli z uporabo kontaktne merilne glave in z uporabo 3D-skenerja. Zabeležene rezultate smo med seboj primerjali in predlagali možne izboljšave za učinkovito uporabo predlaganega pristopa v industrijski praksi.

Secondary abstract: To successfully measure forging tools in industry, we need a fast and efficient way to obtain measurements. In the concluding part, two techniques for measuring closed die forging tools after machining are presented, which we implemented in the company Marovt, d.o.o. Measurements of the tool were performed using a contact probe and 3D scanner. We compared the recorded results with each other and suggested possible improvements for the effective application of the proposed approach in industrial practice.
