Abstract
Električni skiroji, znani kot e-skiroji, so postali eden izmed bolj zaželenih izdelkov na trgu. So lahki, udobni, enostavni za uporabo in idealni za hitro vožnjo po prometnih urbanih področjih. So okolju prijazni in pomagajo pri odpravljanju zastojev v mestnih središčih ter pri pomanjkanju parkirnih mest. Kljub veliko prednostim prinašajo tudi nekatere slabosti in nevarnosti. Ker jih drugi udeleženci v prometu težje zaznajo, lahko hitro privede do prometne nesreče in nastanka poškodb. V diplomski nalogi smo opisali električne skiroje, njihove tehnične karakteristike (e-skiroja Xiaomi Pro 2), prednosti, slabosti in nevarnosti e-skirojev v prometu, zakonodajo ter zavarovanje mikro mobilnosti, pod katero spadajo tudi električni skiroji. Prikazali smo tudi statistične podatke nesreč z e-skiroji v Sloveniji za leto 2019, 2020 in 2021 (januar–junij), podatke ankete neuporabnikov in uporabnikov e-skirojev ter analizo vožnje z e-skirojem Xiaomi M365 Pro. Ugotovili smo, da ni veliko prometnih nesreč z e-skiroji, ponavadi gre za prometne nesreče z bočnim trčenjem pri neupoštevanju pravil o prednosti, z lažjimi poškodbami. Podatki anket kažejo, da vozniki e-skirojev upoštevajo navodila in zakone. Anketirancem se e-skiro ne zdi nevaren, prometnih nesreč in konfliktov skoraj ni, povprečna vožnja je 15 minut, glavni razlog uporabe e-skiroja je izogib gneči in prihranek s časom.

Secondary abstract: |
Electric scooters, as known as the e-scooters, have become one of the more desirable products on the market. They are light, comfortable, easy to use and ideal for fast rides in busy urban areas. They are environmentally friendly and help to decongest city centres and reduce parking congestion. Despite many advantages, they also bring some disadvantages and dangers. Because it is harder for other road users to detect them, accidents and injuries can quickly occur. In this thesis, we have described e-scooters, their technical characteristics (Xiaomi Pro 2 e-scooter), the advantages and disadvantages as well as the dangers of e-scooters in traffic, legislation and micro-mobility insurance services. We have also presented statistics on e-scooter accidents in Slovenia for 2019, 2020 and 2021 (from January to June), data from a survey of non-users and users of e-scooters, and an analysis of riding the Xiaomi M365 Pro e-scooter. We have found out that there are not many accidents involving e-scooters, usually side collisions accidents including non-compliance with regulations of priority resulting in minor injuries. The survey has shown that the e-scooter drivers respect traffic regulation. The respondents do not find e-scooters dangerous, there are hardly any accidents or conflicts, the average journey with e-scooter is 15 minutes and the main reasons for using them are to avoid crowds and save time. |
