Abstract

V diplomskem delu je predstavljeno konstruiranje zobniškega gonila težkega transporterja, ki služi za transport materiala. Na začetku je predstavljena razvrstitev gonil in opis osnov konstruiranja gonil. Sledi pregled teoretičnega preračuna gonil. V nadaljevanju je sledilo konstuiranje gonila. Zasnova gonila se je začela z izdelavo zahtevnika z osnovnimi zahtevami. Sledil je preračun gonil kateri je izhajal iz znanih podatkov. Poznali smo skupno medosno razdaljo, skupno prestavno razmerje, moč in vrtilno frekvenco motorja ter vgradne mere. Pred izračunom v programskem paketu KISSSoft je bilo potrebno določiti število zob zobnikov za zagotovitev želenega prestavnega razmerja ter modul in nagib bočnic zobniških parov. Predpostavljene oz. ocenjene lastnosti zobniških parov so bile osnova za izdelavo geometrijskega, kinematičnega in trdnostnega preračuna kateremu je sledila analiza rezultatov. V sklopu konstruiranja gonila je sledila primerna izbira ležajev in dimenzioniranje gredi s preračunom ter izbira maziva. Z določenimi vrtljivimi deli je sledilo konstruiranje ohišja dotičnega gonila. V sklepu so ovrednoteni dobljeni rezultati in dodani komentarji o nadaljnjem razvoju gonila.

Secondary abstract: The diploma thesis presents the construction of a heavy conveyor belt gear unit, which is used to transport material. At the beginning, the classification of gear units and a description of the basics of gear unit construction are presented. The following is an overview of the theoretical calculation of gears. This was followed by the construction of the gearbox. The design of the gearbox began with the production of a request list with basic requirements. This was followed by a calculation of the gearbox, which was based on known data. We knew the total center distance, total gear ratio, engine power and speed, and installation dimensions. Before the calculation in the KISSSoft software package, it was necessary to determine the number of gear teeth to ensure the desired gear ratio and the module and helix angle of the gear pairs. The estimated properties of gear pairs were the basis for making a geometric, kinematic and strength calculation followed by an analysis of the results. As part of the construction of the gearbox, the appropriate choice of bearings and dimensioning of the shaft with calculation and the choice of lubricant followed. The construction of the housing of the gearbox followed. The conclusion evaluates the obtained results and adds comments on the further development of the gearbox.
