Abstract

V diplomskem delu je predstavljeno delovanje frekvenčnega pretvornika z asinhronskim motorjem in delovanje servo pogona skupaj s programirljivim logičnim krmilnikom. Iz omenjenih komponent je zgrajen merilni sistem, na katerem so izvedene meritve karakteristik asinhronskega motorja. Upravljanje sistema je izvedeno preko enote HMI. Izmerjene in grafično predstavljene so karakteristike uporabljenega trifaznega asinhronskega motorja pri različnih frekvencah napajanja ter podane ugotovitve, kako izbran način vodenja frekvenčnega pretvornika in sprememba frekvence vpliva na delovanje motorja.

Secondary title: Measurements of induction motor characteristics with frequency inverter
Secondary abstract: The diploma thesis presents the operation of frequency inverter with an induction motor and the operation of servo drive together with a programmable logic controller. From mentioned components is built a measuring sistem, on which are performed characteristics measurements of an induction motor. The system is controlled via HMI unit. The characteristics of used three-phase asynchronous motor at different supply frequencies are measured and graphically presented, as well as the findings of how the selected method of frequency inverter control and change of frequency affects the motor operation.
