Abstract

Diplomsko delo obravnava poslovni načrt rasti podjetja IMEXA d.o.o., ki je na slovenskem trgu dejavno od leta 1995, glavna dejavnost podjetja pa zajema prodajo gradbene opreme, svedrov, grelcev, razvlaževalcev prostorov, aluminijastih gradbenih odrov, (električnega) ročnega orodja kot tudi orodja za vrezovanje in popravilo navojev ter orodja za diamantno vrtanje in rezanje. Podjetje v večini deluje na slovenskem trgu, izvoz in dobava v druge države (tako države članice EU kot tretje države) pa predstavljata približno 30 % prodaje. V poslovnem načrtu smo analizirali trg in dejavnike, ki vplivajo na razvoj podjetja. Analizirali smo dosedanje finančne kazalnike ter s PESTLE in s SWOT analizo ugotovili slabosti ter nevarnosti za podjetje. Ena izmed večjih slabosti je zastareli ERP sistem, podjetje pa si prizadeva uvesti nov sistem, s katerim bo le to učinkovitejše, posledično pa se bodo zmanjšali stroški poslovanja. Pomembno je tudi odpreti spletno trgovino ter kupcem ponuditi širši nabor izdelkov in storitev. Prikazali smo tudi izračun finančnih kazalnikov podjetja v prihodnosti. Glede na planirane investicije se bo čisti dobiček podjetja v prihodnjih dveh letih zmanjšal, a pričakovanja podjetja so v letu 2023 povečati čisti dobiček.

Secondary abstract: The diploma thesis discusses the business growth plan of the company IMEXA d.o.o., which has been active in the Slovenian market since 1995. The company's principal activity is the sale of construction equipment, drills, heaters, dehumidifiers, aluminium scaffolds, power tools and hand tools, thread-cutting and thread-repair tools, and diamond-drilling and diamond-cutting tools. The company mostly operates in the Slovenian market; its export and supply to foreign countries (EU member states and third countries) make up about 30% of sales. The business plan analysed the market and the factors influencing the company's development. The existing financial indicators were analysed, and the company's weaknesses and threats were determined using the PESTLE and SWOT analyses. One of the major weaknesses is an outdated ERP system; the company is endeavouring to introduce a new system that will make it more efficient and consequently reduce operating costs. It should also start an online shop, thus offering buyers an even wider range of products and services. A calculation of the company's future financial indicators is also presented. Bearing in mind the planned investments, the company's net profit will drop over the next two years; however, the company expects to increase its net profit in 2023.
