Abstract

V diplomskem delu je predstavljen trdnostni preračun priklopa gradbene prikolice GRAVIS 2000, ki jo proizvaja podjetje FARMTECH d.o.o. Ker prikolica obratuje, kjer so slabi cestni pogoji, je potrebno ob razvoju novega priklopa zagotoviti, da konstrukcija prenese dovolj velike obremenitve, katere se pojavijo med samim obratovanjem. Statična analiza se je izvedla s pomočjo programa SolidWorks, kjer smo z uporabo MKE dobili vpogled v napetostno stanje konstrukcije priklopa ter vpetja na podvozje prikolice. Model priklopa smo obremenili na dva različna načina. Po analizi dobljenih rezultatov, smo ugotovil, da priklop ne ustreza našim zahtevam, zato smo ga ustrezno spremenili, da zagotavlja statično trdnost konstrukcije.

Secondary abstract: The diploma paper presents the strength calculation of a drawbar for heavy-duty dump tipper Gravis 2000, produced by Farmtech d.o.o. Since the trailer operates where there are poor road conditions, it is necessary to the development of a new connection to ensure that the construction withstands sufficiently large loads that occur during operation. Static analysis was performed with the help of the SolidWorks program, where we obtained an insight into the tension condition of the drawbar structure using FEM, and the connection to the trailer chassis. The drawbar model was loaded in two different ways. After analyzing the obtained results, we found that the connection does not meet our requirements, so we changed it accordingly to ensure the static strength of the construction.
