Preureditev centralnega skladišča v podjetju Dobnik Trade, d. o. o.

Abstract

V diplomskem delu smo obravnavali obstoječe stanje centralnega skladišča v podjetju Dobnik Trade, d.o.o. Predstavili smo izzive, ki smo jih zaznali med izvajanjem praktičnega usposabljanja v omenjenem podjetju, ter zanje poiskali tudi rešitve. Pri tem nam je bil v pomoč vzročno-posledični diagram. Vse zaznane probleme ter poiskane rešitve smo tudi teoretično podkrepili. V prvem delu diplomske naloge smo se posvetili teoretičnim osnovam. Opredelili smo, kaj je skladiščenje, opisali smo naloge, namen in cilje skladiščne dejavnosti ter predstavili vse štiri temeljne skladiščne procese – prevzem blaga, uskladiščenje, komisioniranje in odpremo blaga. Opisali smo tudi kategorije, po katerih lahko ločujemo skladišča, kot zadnje pa smo opisali črtno kodo ter natančneje opredelili črtni kodi EAN-13 in ITF-14, saj smo ju predlagali kot rešitev problema. Za lažjo predstavo o skladišču ter z njim povezanimi problemi smo v drugem poglavju predstavili podjetje in opisali centralno skladišče ter regale, palete, viličarja, transportne poti in izdelke, ki se v njem nahajajo. S pomočjo vzročno-posledičnega diagrama smo izdelali kritično analizo, s katero smo ugotovili, da so štiri glavne kritične točke centralnega skladišča nepregleden skladiščni prostor, slaba informacijsko-tehnološka podpora, uporaba izključno ročnega paletnega viličarja in nedokončana razsvetljava. Zaznane kritične točke smo skušali oblažiti v zadnjem poglavju. Zapisali smo rešitve, ki jih predlagamo, zanje smo izračunali približne stroške, nato pa podali tudi oceno učinkovitosti predlaganih rešitev.

Secondary abstract:	The thesis considers an existing situation of the central warehouse of the company Dobnik Trade, d.o.o. There have been presented issues which were found during the practical training in the company and their solving. Detected issues have been theoretically supported and evaluated with fishbone diagram. First chapter of the thesis consists of the bare theoretical basis and definitions of warehousing, descriptions of exercises, purpose of the thesis, objective of warehousing. Four main warehouse processes are also described there – acquisition, storage, order picking and dispatch of the goods. There are also defined distinguishing warehouse categories and explained barcode. EAN-13 and ITF-14 bar codes have been described more precisely because they represented solution of the issues. Second chapter of the thesis presents company, its central warehouse, and its components – racks, pallets, forklifts, transport routes and products. It offers better imagination of the real situation and the issues that were found during practical training. Critical analysis has been realised with help of fishbone diagram. There have been four critical points found with the analysis – opaque warehouse, poor information support, exclusive usage of the hand pallet forklift and poor unfinished lightening. Those critical points were explained in the last chapter. The solutions were supported with their costs and their effectiveness rate.
