Abstract

Pri opravljanju različnih del vedno strmimo k produktivnosti in učinkovitosti. Nov varilni postopek imenovan D-arc nam omogoča zelo učinkovito ter produktivno varjenje. Zaradi velikega vnosa toplote med varjenjem je vprašljiva integriteta zvarnega spoja. Z merjenjem zaostalih napetosti, trdote v zvarnem spoju, nateznim preizkusom ter lomnomehanskimi preizkusi smo določili mehanske lastnosti zvarnega spoja varjenega z D-arc postopkom. Ugotovili smo, da pri varjenju konstrukcijskih jekel dobimo rezultate, ki zadoščajo lomnomehanskim parametrom za tovrstna jekla.

Secondary title: Mechanical properties of a welded joint welded by a highly productive arc process
Secondary abstract: When performing a variety of work we always strive for productivity and efficiency. A new welding process called D-arc allows us to weld very efficient and productive. Due to the high heat input during welding the integrity of the welded joint is questionable. The mechanical properties of the welded joint welded by the D-arc process were determined by measuring the residual stresses, hardness in the welded joint, tensile test and fracture-mechanical tests. We found that in the welding of structural steels we obtain results that satisfy the fracture mechanical parameters for such steels.
