Abstract

Aditivna proizvodnja je razmeroma nov pojem, ki ima vedno večji vpliv na področju strojništva. Delimo jo na vrsto različnih tehnologij. Izbor posamične tehnologije je odvisen od zahtev končnega izdelka ter denarnih sredstev posameznika. V nalogi smo obravnavali obstoječe tehnologije aditivne proizvodnje, med vsemi obstoječimi pa smo se bolj poglobili v FDM tehnologijo 3D-tiska zobnikov ter njene prednosti/slabosti. Ugotavljali smo, na kaj moramo biti še posebej pozorni pri konstrukciji zobnikov, namenjenih za 3D-tisk. Na samem koncu pa smo tudi izdelali uporaben izdelek, ki je vseboval natisnjene zobnike, ter predstavili vse vmesne korake, od ideje do končnega izdelka.

Secondary abstract: Additive production is a relatively new concept that has an increasing influence in the field of mechanical engineering. We divide it into a number of different technologies. The choice of individual technology depends on the requirements of the final product and the financial resources of the individual. In this paper, we discussed the existing technologies of additive production among all existing ones, and we went deeper into the FDM technology of 3D gear printing and their advantages/disadvantages. We found out what we need to pay special attention to when constructing gears intended for 3D printing. At the very end, we also made a useful product that contained printed gears and presented all the intermediate steps from the idea to the final product.
