Abstract

V magistrskem delu obravnavamo masno uravnoteženje togih rotorjev na balansirni napravi s prožnimi podporami, pri čemer smo napravo skonstruirali in izdelali sami. Z numerično in eksperimentalno modalno analizo smo preverili, ali izdelana naprava ustreza pogoju prožnosti in ali balansirani rotorji ustrezajo pogoju togosti. Sledilo je balansiranje dveh različnih rotorjev, pri čemer smo uporabili metodo vplivnih koeficientov. Ugotovili smo, da smemo rotorja obravnavati kot toga, balansirno napravo pa kot prožno. Ugotovili smo tudi, da lahko z izbrano metodo balansiranja na lastni napravi zelo dobro masno uravnotežimo rotorje različnih dimenzij in mas.

Secondary abstract: In the master`s thesis we deal with balancing of rigid rotors by a balancing machine with soft mounting, which we designed and built ourselves. Numerical and experimental modal analysis were used to check, whether the balancing machine satisfies the condition of softness and whether the rotors satisfy the condition of rigidity. This was followed by balancing of two different rotors, using the method of influence coefficients. We have found that the rotors should be considered rigid and the balancing machine soft. We have also found that we can balance rotors of different dimensions and masses very well, using our balancing machine and the chosen balancing method.
