Abstract

V svojem diplomskem delu predstavljam delo od doma in na daljavo v času epidemije Covid-19. V teoretskem delu predstavljam splošne razlage dela od doma in različne tuje opredelitve, prednosti in slabosti dela od doma in na daljavo ter usklajevanje dela od doma in družinskega življenja. Osredotočila pa sem se predvsem na ureditev dela od doma v slovenskem prostoru in na podporo delodajalca. Pri raziskovanju so me zanimali predvsem razlogi za delo od doma in na daljavo, kako delavkam in delavcem, ki delajo od doma in na daljavo uspeva razmejitev delovnega in prostega časa, kje vidijo prednosti in kje slabosti, kaj bi še lahko izboljšali in kje so čutili vpliv epidemije Covid-19 na proces dela od doma in na daljavo. Ugotovila sem, da so na odločitev za delo od doma vplivala navodila delodajalca, ki je izvajal ukrepe za preprečitev širjenja virusa, delavci in delavke pa so bili v to "prisiljeni" tudi zaradi zaprtja šol in vrtcev. Našli so prednosti pri delu od doma in na daljavo, ampak več je bilo slabosti. Za uspešno razmejitev delovnega in prostega časa je bila na koncu ključna organizacija dela in prostega časa. Ugotovila sem tudi, da so delo lažje opravljali, če so ob tem imeli podporo sodelavcev.

Secondary title: Working remotly during the Covid-19 epidemic
Secondary abstract: In my graduation thesis, I will present remote work during the Covid-19 epidemic. In the theoretical part, I will present general explanations of work from home and various foreign definitions, advantages and disadvantages of remote work and the coordination of work from home and family life. I focused mainly on arranging work from home in Slovenia and on the contribution of employer support. In the research, I was mainly interested in the reasons of remote work, how employees manage to differentiate between work and free time, where they see advantages and disadvantages, what could be improved and where they felt the impact of the Covid-19 epidemic on their work process. I found that the decision to work from home was mainly influenced by the employers instructions, which took measures to prevent the spread of the virus and that they were "forced" to do so due to the closure of schools and kindergartens. They found several advantages when working remotely, but there were more disadvantages. To successfully separate work and free time, they had to organize time better then before the epidemic. I also found that it was easier fort hem to complete tasks, if they had the support of co-workers.
