Abstract

Diplomsko delo je sestavljeno iz dveh delov, in sicer teoretičnega in empiričnega dela. S pomočjo literature, člankov in spletnih virov smo ugotovili, da je zavzetost pomemben faktor pri uspešnosti podjetja. Zavzeti zaposleni so tisti, ki delo z veseljem opravljajo in se vedno znova radi vračajo na delovno mesto. Zavzetost se da meriti, pri čemer lahko uporabimo več merskih inštrumentov, ki so znani po vsem svetu. Mi smo se osredotočili na Gallupov test zavzetosti, s katerim smo analizirali zavzetost zaposlenih v Podjetju X. Ugotovili smo, da podjetje v to ne vlaga veliko, saj so rezultati pokazali, da so zaposleni pri delu nezavzeti. V diplomsko delo smo prav tako vključili pripadnost. Osredotočili smo se tudi na usposabljanja, pri katerih smo spoznali, da je zelo pomembno njihovo načrtovanje, saj le tako bo končni rezultat prinesel koristi tako za podjetje kot tudi za zaposlenega. Ugotovili smo, da analizirano podjetje sicer usposablja, vendar ne v tolikšni meri, da bi to spodbujalo zavzetost njihovih zaposlenih.

Secondary abstract: The diploma thesis consists of two parts, namely a theoretical part and an empirical part. Through literature, articles and online sources, we have found that engagement is an important factor in a company’s success. Dedicated employees are those who are happy to do their job and always like to return to work. Engagement can be measured using a number of measurement tools that are known worldwide. We focused on the Gallup Engagement Test to analyze engagement at Company X. We found that the company does not invest much in this, as the results showed that employees are not engaged to work. We have also included commitment in the thesis. We also focused on training, where we have learned that planning is very important, as it is the only way to ensure that the end result is beneficial for both the company and the employee. We found that the analyzed company does provide training, but not to the extent that it would encourage engagement of their employees.
