Abstract

Stres na delovnem mestu je pogost pojav. Posledice stresa se odražajo na počutju in storilnosti zaposlenih ter uspešnosti organizacij. Pomembno je, da organizacije prevzamejo odgovornost za stres, ki je prisoten pri delu ter pravočasno ukrepajo. Za zmanjševanje stresa so organizacijam na voljo primarne sekundarne in terciarne metode. Primarne metode zmanjševanja stresa so namenjene prepoznavanju dejavnikov stresa ter ukrepanju za njihovo omejitev. V sklopu sekundarnih metod podjetje pomaga zaposlenim razviti lastne tehnike obvladovanja stresa. Cilj terciarnih metod pa je okrevanje zaposlenih, ki trpijo za hujšimi posledicami stresa ter pomoč zaposlenim pri vrnitvi na delo. V empiričnem delu diplomskega dela, ki je osnovan na študiji primera, so predstavljene metode zmanjševanja stresa in njihova učinkovitost v očeh zaposlenih.

Secondary title: Efficiency of stress reducing methods at workplace
Secondary abstract: Work-related stress is fairly common and can impact the well-being and productivity of employees as well as business success of organisations. It is important, that organisations accept responsibility for it and take timely action. Primary, secondary and tertiary methods can be used for stress reduction. Primary methods are focused on recognition of stress factors and involve actions in restricting them. Through secondary methods, a company helps its employees develop their own stress management methods. The goal of tertiary methods is recuperation of employees, who suffer serious consequences of stress and helping them return to workplace. The empirical part of this thesis is based on a case study, presenting used stress reducing methods and their efficiency from the employees point of view.
