diplomsko delo
Abstract
V diplomskem delu sem raziskovala, kako izobraževanje in usposabljanje vplivata na delovno uspešnost in karierni razvoj v organizaciji X. V teoretičnem delu sem se ukvarjala z opisovanjem pojmov, in sicer s pojmom razvoja zaposlenih, izobraževanjem, usposabljanjem, delovno uspešnostjo in kariernim razvojem.

Education and training as factors of encouraging work performance and career development of employee in the organization X |
Secondary abstract: |
In my diploma I researched how education and training affect work performance and career development in organization X. In the theoretical part, I dealt with describing concepts, namely the concept of employee development; education; training; job performance and career development. Through my research I came to the conclusion that all concepts are connected. Education and training are two main factors for employee development, because they equipe employees with important knowledge for better performance and successful implementation of work. As employees upgrade or supplement their knowledge and skills, they consequently have more opportunities to achieve job performance. Of course, knowledge alone is not enough for work success, there are several things that impact employee success, such as individual desire for success, optimal working conditions, including the climate in the organization. Achieving great success at work can consequently lead an individual to career development in the direction he or she wants. How education, training impact work success and career development, I researched in an organization that wishes to remain anonymous. I came to the conclusion that they value high knowledge and work performance. I also found out that it is not enough just to show excellent job performance for career advancement. There are legal provisions in the background that limit this organization. Nevertheless, work performance is not ignored, as it is rewarded to the extent and in a way that is consistent with their operating rules |
