Abstract

Cilj diplomskega dela je raziskati realne potenciale za izrabo odvečnih toplotnih izgub izbranega energetska transformatorja s poznanimi letnimi obratovalnimi pogoji in izdelati celoten koncept sistema za izrabo odvečne toplote, s katerim bi na osnovi prenosnika toplote izrabili toplotno energijo, povečali energetsko učinkovitost ter prispevali k varovanju okolja. Analizirani so vzroki za nastanke izgub, izdelano je orodje za izračun razpoložljivega toplotnega potenciala in konstruiran je varen sistem, s katerim se lahko izrabi do 65 % vseh generiranih obratovalnih izgub. Predstavljeni so grafi (ekonomske) učinkovitosti sistema v odvisnosti od vzdrževanih temperatur v transformatorju ter ob nadzorovano izvedenem zapiranju primarnega hladilnega sistema.

Secondary title: Conceptual design of heat recovery system for large power transformer
Secondary abstract: This thesis aimed to investigate real potentials for recovering extra heat losses of selected power transformer, with well-known annual load conditions. It developed a complete concept of a heat recovery system. Based on a heat exchanger, we could recycle heat energy, gain higher energy efficiency and contribute to the protection of the environment. We analyzed the causes of loss formations and developed a tool to calculate the available thermal potential. A designed safe system that can recycle up to 65% of all generated load losses and presented graphs of an (economic) efficiency of the system depends on maintained temperatures inside transformer, achieved by controlled closing of the primary cooling system.
