diplomsko delo
Abstract
V diplomskem delu sem analiziral delovno mesto delavca na CNC stroju. V začetku diplomskega dela je predstavljeno podjetje Tesnila Bogadi d.o.o. Podal sem teoretične osnove ergonomije. V osrednjem delu diplomskega dela je opisano delovno mesto ter predstavljena analiza. Analiziral sem obremenitve delovnega okolja, ki obsegajo slušne, vidne in toplotne obremenitve, določil sem metabolizem delavca, opravil sem analizo telesnih položajev OWAS, opravil sem tudi analizo s pomočjo programskega okolja Jack (OWAS, RULA in LBA) ter določil normativni čas. V zaključnem delu je predstavljeno novo delovno mesto s predlogi za izboljšave.

In my dissertation, I analyzed the workplace of a worker on a CNC machine. At the beginning of the dissertation, the company Tesnila Bogadi d.o.o. is presented. I have given a theoretical basis regarding ergonomics. The central part of the diploma thesis describes the working environment and presents the analysis. I analyzed the loads of the working environment, which include audible, visual and thermal loads, determined the metabolism of the worker, performed an analysis of body positions OWAS, I also performed an analysis using the program environment Jack (OWAS, RULA and LBA) and determined the normative time. The final part presents a new working environment with suggestions for improvements. |
