Abstract

V zadnjih desetletjih so se robotski sistemi uveljavili v številnih industrijskih procesih kot nepogrešljiv del moderne, ekonomične in človeku prijazne tehnologije. Brez robotskih manipulatorjev si več ne znamo predstavljati sodobne industrije, saj je potreba po količini izdelkov in ponovljivosti dandanes na prvem mestu. Tako so robotski sistemi na nekaterih delovnih mestih v industriji že skoraj popolnoma izpodrinili ročno delo. Robotska celica za manipulacijo in kontrolo kakovosti brizganega kosa je bila v celoti razvita v podjetju Blubit, d. o. o., ki se ukvarja z razvojem, projektiranjem in izdelavo namenskih strojev in naprav na področju avtomatizacije in robotizacije delovnih procesov. V diplomskem delu je predstavljeno načrtovanje in izdelava robotske celice za manipulacijo brizganih kosov med brizgalno napravo plastike in drugimi napravami za kontrolo kakovosti in avtomatskega sortiranja kosov v zaboje. V drugem poglavju je opisano delovanje in opis vseh sodelujočih naprav. V tretjem poglavju delo zajema razvoj z vidika elektronačrtovanja, v četrtem poglavju so opisani komunikacijski sistemi v tej robotski celici. Predstavljeno je tudi dimenzioniranje industrijske elektroomare ter varnost s stališča uporabnika.

Secondary abstract: In recent decades, robotic systems have establish themselves in many industrial processes as an essential part of modern, economical and human-friendly technology. Without robotic manipulators, we can no longer imagine a modern industry, as the need for product quantity and quality comes first today. Thus, robotic systems have in some industrial processes almost completely replaced manual labor. The robotic cell for manipulation and quality control of the injection molded part was fully developed in the company Blubit d.o.o., which develops, designs and manufactures dedicated machines and devices in the field of automation and robotization of work processes. The diploma thesis presents the design and manufacture of a robotic cell for the manipulation of injection molded parts between the plastic injection device and other devices for quality control and automatic sorting of parts into boxes. The second chapter describes the operation and description of all included devices. In the third chapter the work covers the development of electrical design, in the fourth chapter the communication systems in this robotic cell are described. The dimensioning of the industrial electrical cabinet and safety from the user's point of view are also presented.
