Abstract
Namen diplomske naloge je načrtovati mobilno aplikacijo za izbrano lokalno televizijsko postajo, kar je osnova za nadaljnji razvoj prototipa v delujočo mobilno aplikacijo. S tem bi lokalnim televizijskim postajam, ki se počasi razvijajo, razširili delovanje na mobilno platformo, kjer je v današnjem času največ uporabnikov. Na začetku diplomske naloge so raziskane vse večje televizijske postaje v Sloveniji in tujini in njihove spletne in mobilne platforme. Po raziskavi so predstavljene ugotovitve in razmisleki za načrtovanje mobilne aplikacije, ki bi konkurirala mobilnim aplikacijam raziskanih televizijskih postaj, ali vsaj imela minimalne funkcionalnosti, ki jih le-te vsebujejo. Nato je predstavljen postopek razvoja mobilne aplikacije od njene analize do končnega izdelka. Podrobneje je predstavljen postopek načrtovanja usmerjenega k uporabniku, ki se nato uporabi pri praktičnem delu diplomske naloge. Opisani so postopki takšnega načrtovanja ter metode in orodja, ki se v današnjem času uporabljajo za načrtovanje digitalnega prototipa mobilne aplikacije. V zadnjem delu diplomske naloge je z izbranim orodjem Adobe XD razvit digitalen in interaktiven prototip za mobilno aplikacijo lokalne televizijske postaje ETV v Kisovcu. Uporabljena metoda za evaluacijo prototipa je testiranje uporabnosti, kjer se pokažejo prednosti, pomanjkljivosti in predlogi za izboljšanje prototipa v prihodnosti. Izdelan prototip mobilne aplikacije v tej diplomski nalogi je osnova za razvoj mobilne aplikacije, ki bi jo lahko uporabljale vse lokalne televizijske postaje in si tako zagotovile svoj obstoj.

Designing a mobile application for a local TV station |
Secondary abstract: |
The purpose of this thesis is to design a prototype of a mobile application for a selected local television station, which is the basis for further development of this prototype into a working mobile application. This would extend the slow-growing local television stations to a mobile platform with the highest number of users today. At the beginning of the thesis, all major television stations in Slovenia and abroad and their online and mobile platforms are researched. After the research, the findings and considerations for designing a mobile application that would compete with the mobile applications of the surveyed television stations, or at least have the minimal functionalities they contain, are presented. Then, the process of developing a mobile application from its analysis to the final product is presented. The User centered design is presented in more detail, which is then used in the practical part of the thesis. The procedures of such design and the methods and tools used today for the design of a digital prototype of a mobile application are described. In the last part of the thesis, a digital and interactive prototype for the mobile application of the local television station ETV in Kisovec was developed with the selected tool Adobe XD. The method used to evaluate the prototype is Usability testing, which shows the advantages, disadvantages and suggestions for improving the prototype in the future. The prototype of the mobile application in this thesis is the basis for the development of a mobile application that could be used by all local television stations and thus ensure their existence. |
