Abstract

V diplomskem delu Učinkovita strategija digitalnega marketinga na primeru gostinskega podjetja smo obravnavali teorijo digitalnega marketinga in digitalno marketinško strategijo na praktičnem primeru. Preučevali smo že opravljene raziskave s področja marketinga ter uporabo inovativnih metod in tehnik v praksi. Analizirali smo digitalni marketing podjetja LH-G, d. o. o., in pripravili strategijo digitalnega marketinga z namenom, da podjetje optimizira prepoznavnost svoje znamke ter izboljša prodajo. V prvem delu smo predstavili osnove digitalnega marketinga, njegove elemente in prednosti. V drugem delu smo analizirali marketing na družbenih omrežjih ter spletni strani, pripravili predlog marketinške strategije, ki zajema družbena omrežja, spletno stran in e-mail marketing, in analizirali rezultate lastne raziskave. Podali smo predloge za nadaljnje raziskovanje uporabnosti digitalnega marketinga za gostinsko podjetje.

Secondary title: An effective digital marketing strategy in the case of the catering business
Secondary abstract: The diploma, titled Effective Digital Marketing Strategy in the case of the Catering Business, explores the theory of digital marketing and digital marketing strategy through a practical case study. We examined existing research on marketing and the use of innovative methods and techniques in practise. We analysed the digital marketing of LH-G d. o. o. and developed a digital marketing strategy to optimise the company's brand awareness and increase sales. In part 1, we presented the basics of digital marketing, its elements and benefits. In part 2, we analysed social media and website marketing, designed a proposal for a marketing strategy that includes social media, website, and email marketing, and analysed the results of our own research. We have made suggestions for further research on the usefulness of digital marketing for the hospitality industry.
