Abstract
V zadnjih letih je vedno večji poudarek na ohranitvi okolja in zmanjšanju emisij ogljikovega dioksida, ki nastaja pri izgorevanju fosilnih goriv. Slednja so neobnovljiv vir energije. Prav zato se vedno več podjetij usmerja v t.i. zeleno kemijo, s čimer bi zmanjšali emisije CO2 in proizvodnjo (okolju) nevarnih snovi. Prav zato se razvijajo nove tehnologije, kjer se biomaso, ki predstavlja obnovljivi vir energije, pretvarja v biogoriva. Slednja se delijo na primarna, ki se proizvajajo iz poljščin, sekundarna, ki se proizvajajo iz lignoceluloze in kemijskih odpadkov in terciarna, ki se proizvajajo iz mikroalg. Te so nezahtevni organizmi, ki se jih lahko goji v bazenih in/ali jezerih pri nezahtevnih okoljskih pogojih. Namen dela je predelava biomase mikroalg v biogorivo. S procesom pirolize in hidrodeoksigenacije se pridobivajo ogljikovodiki s 15, 16, 17 in 18 ogljikovimi atomi, ki predstavljajo končni željeni produkt – biodizel.

Secondary abstract: |
In past few years there has been an increasing emphasis on preserving the enviroment and reduce CO2 emissions that are a by-product of burning fossil fuels. Those are non-renewable sources of energy and that is why more and more companies are focusing on green chemisty to reduce CO2 emissions and the production of environmentally hazardous substances. That is why new technologies are being developed where biomass, which is a renewable energy source, is converted into biofuels. They are divided into primary, which are produced from crops, secondary, which are produced from lignocellulose and chemical waste, and tertiary, which are produced from microalgae. These are undemanding organisms that can be grown in pools and/or lakes under undemanding environmental conditions. The aim of the work was processing biomass microalgae into biofuel. The process of pyrolysis and hydrodeoxygenation produces hydrocarbons with 15, 16, 17 and 18 carbon atoms, which represent the final desired product – biodiesel. |
