Abstract

lovenija je področje stanovanjske preskrbe prepustila prostemu trgu, posledica so visoke cene lastniških in najemnih stanovanj. V magistrskem delu smo opozorili na težave in pomanjkljivosti nepremičninskega trga ter stanovanjske politike v Sloveniji. Predstavljen je alternativni model stanovanjske gradnje, s študijo fleksibilne prefabricirane in dostopne stanovanjske arhitekture. Zasnovani sistem gradnje je z uporabo različnih tipologij preizkušen na dveh mestnih lokacijah v Mariboru. Naloga se zaključi z ekonomsko študijo primerjave zasnovanega alternativnega sistema in klasičnega sistema gradnje.

Secondary abstract:	Slovenia left the supply of housing to the free market, which led to high prices of owner-occupied and rental housing. In the master’s thesis, we drew attention to the problems and shortcomings of the real estate market and housing policy in Slovenia. An alternative model of housing construction is presented with a study of flexible prefabricated and affordable housing architecture. The designed construction system has been tested using different typologies at two city locations in Maribor. The thesis concludes with an economics study, comparing a designed alternative system and a classical building system.
