Predlog sanacije stanovanjskega objekta na Hrvatskem trgu 1 v Ljubljani

Abstract

Predmet obravnave diplomskega dela je stanovanjski objekt zgrajen leta 1860 z nahajališčem v občini Ljubljana, natančneje na Hrvatskem trgu 1. Po analizi obstoječega stanja objekta je na podlagi preučene literature predstavljen sanacijski ukrep za odpravo poškodb, ki so posledica dotrajanosti objekta. Vsi predlogi za sanacijska dela so izvedeni v skladu z kulturnovarstvenimi pogoji ki jih je izdala območna enota Ljubljana.

Secondary abstract:	The main objective of this bachelor`s thesis is the redevelopment of an apartment building, constructed in 1860, located in Ljubljana, on Hrvatski trg 1. After carefully examing the literature, i thoroughly analyzed the conditions of the existing building and prepared a proposal fort the reparation of damage caused by the aging of the structure. Each of the corrective actions for the redevelopment is in the accordance with the regulations under the cultural heritage protections act, issued by the municipality of Ljubljana.
