Termalno kopališče z apartmajskim naseljem v Prekmurju

Abstract

V magistrskem delu smo izdelali zasnovo termalnega kopališča z apartmajskim naseljem na stičišču treh prekmurskih občin: Murskosoboške, Puconske in Moravske, ki ponuja možen odgovor na razvoj tovrstne dejavnosti v regiji in na obravnavanem območju. Območje se nahaja v ruralnem okolju, in sicer severovzhodno od Murske Sobote. Lokacija je posebna zaradi neizkoriščene geotermalne vrtine z vsebnostjo kakovostne mineralne vode. Zasnova kompleksa temelji na povezovanju sodobne arhitekture z vernakularno in okolico. Koncept se naslanja na zasnove linearnih poti, na katere se po logičnem zaporedju priklapljajo različni programi, ki so značilne za ureditve prekmurskih vasi. Zasnova sledi smeri regionalne ceste, upošteva danosti reliefa in se odziva na osončenost lokacije. Volumni s programi se prilagajajo morfologiji okolja in so kar se da diskretno umeščeni v okolje. Stavbni elementi v kompleksu, ki so iz lesa, gline in slame, odgovarjajo na zapuščino vernakularne arhitekture območja. Umestitev kompleksa bi pomenila pridobitev dodatne ponudbe ter možnost za razvoj turizma in regionalni razvoj.

Secondary abstract:	In the master’s thesis, we designed a thermal bath with an apartment complex at the junction of three municipalities, Murska Sobota, Puconci and Moravske Toplice in Prekmurje, which offers a possible answer to the development of this type of activity in the region and in the area. The area is located in a rural area northeast of Murska Sobota. The location is special due to the unused geothermal well with the content of quality mineral water. The design of the complex is based on the connection of modern with vernacular architecture and surroundings. The concept is based on the design of linear paths to which various programs that are characteristic of the arrangements of villages in Prekmurje are connected in a logical sequence. The design follows the direction of the regional road, relief and the sun exposure of the location. The volumes with the programs adapt to the morphology of the environment and are placed as discreetly as possible in the environment. The building elements in the complex, which are made of wood, clay and straw, correspond to the legacy of the vernacular architecture of the area. The location of the complex would mean obtaining an additional offer and the opportunity for tourism development and regional development.
