Abstract
Zaključna nalog obravnava konstruiranje avtomatskega prijemala krimpnih plošč za montažo zračnih vzmeti. Cilj naloge je zmanjšanje časa za menjavo in fizično razbremenitev delavca. Zahteve, ki smo jih dobili od podjetja, smo pregledali in analizirali. Iskali smo koncepte vpenjala, ki zahtevajo čim manjšo predelavo stroja in krimpnih plošč. Pri konceptih smo uporabili različne načine prijemanja plošče. Prvi koncepti nam niso bili najbolj všeč, kar je vodilo v izdelavo novih konceptov, ki imajo enak princip delovanja, razlika je bila samo v različnih aktuatorjih. Izvedli smo tudi preračun potrebne sile za izvlek zatiča. Najboljše koncepte smo vrednotili po metodi VDI - 2225. Izbran pnevmatični koncept smo nato tudi detajlno narisali in pripravili dokumentacijo za izdelavo.

Final assignment deals with development of automatic clamping device of crimping plates for air spring assembly. The goal of the assignment was reducing time of crimping plate change and physical relief of worker. Company sent us requests, which we looked and analyzed. We looked for concepts, that would not need processing of machine and crimping plates. We used different ways of holding crimping plates in our concepts. We did not like the firsts concepts, so we made new ones, which in general are very similar, only difference are different actuators. Calculation was made to get the force needed to get the locking pin out of crimping plate. Best concepts were rated with VDI - 2225 method. Detailed 3D model and documentation for manufacturing was made for final concept. |
